Booths and VIP Tables

Maybe some of your Companies/Attendees would like to have 1to1 meetings directly from their booth or stand. Alternatively, some other attendees would like to have a fixed assigned table for all their meetings (a VIP table).

Simply mark the Company as Booth or VIP, and their meetings will be assigned to that booth or VIP table. This way, other Attendees having a meeting with them will be addressed to the Booth or the fixed VIP table.

You may consider a VIP table for the confort of attendees with reduced mobility.
